Nurse-Family Partnership

A Pre-natal and Early Childhood program for high risk, low income first-time mothers and their child through the age of two years. Registered nurses make home visits that are appropriate to the developmental stages of pregnancy and early childhood. Program goals are to improve pregnancy outcomes, support child health and development, and foster economic self-sufficiency.

The Nurse-Family Partnership program is a United Way Partner.

1st time pregnant high risk, low income women who are less than 20 weeks pregnant.
