Cost of Services
- Immunizations $15.00 — Clinics by appointment. Benton Harbor, Niles and Three Oaks offices.
- Evening clinics in Niles and Three Oaks.
- Flu and Pneumonia shots $25.00 and $30.00 — Subject to change
- Hepatitis B vaccination series 3 shots for adults - $150.00 — By appointment.
- Hepatitis A — $35.00
- Menactra — $110.00
No one is denied services because of inability to pay (with the exception of the Hepatitis A, B, or Menactra series for adults.)
